Alma Gertrude (Fisher) Costello, 89, of Harbor Springs, died June 14, 2022 at Hiland Cottage Hospice in Petoskey.
Trudie was born on March 19, 1933, in Detroit, Michigan to Alma C. Fisher and Alfred J. Fisher. She attended Lawrence Avenue, Convent of the Sacred Heart, Barrat College and graduated from Marygrove College.
Trudie was married to Bernard P. Costello, Jr. on February 5, 1955. Trudie was the last of her immediate family members and survived by five or his six children, Paul Joseph, Carol Marie, Maureen (Timothy) Conway, Cathleen (Robert) Jacobs, and Daniel Alfred. Grandmother of Melena, Michael, Jr., Emmett, Kiefffer, and great grandmother of Remi. Trudie and Pat's son Michael James preceded her in death on March 14, 2016.
A funeral mass is scheduled for Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Holy Childhood of Jesus Church (150 West Main Street, Harbor Springs, Michigan, 49740) at 11:00 a.m. with one-hour visitation prior.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations in memory of Alma are asked to be directed to Hiland Cottage (1 Hiland Dr., Petoskey, MI 49770) or St. Michael Academy (2225 Summit Park Drive, Petoskey MI 49770).
