Betty is survived by her siblings: Kathleen (Daniel), Cheryl (James), Deborah, Laura (William), and Roy (Malinda). She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, 8 great nieces and nephews (with 1 great niece due), and 2 great, great nephews (with another great great due). Also survived by step nieces and nephews, many beloved cousins, and friends around the U.S. and the world.
Betty was a graduate of Southgate High School class of 1973 (Southgate, Michigan). She earned a paralegal degree from University of Michigan Dearborn and worked the majority of her career at Ford Motor Company in the legal department. She loved research and was researching the genealogy of our family and would help anyone that needed help in their research. She loved sports of all types and was an avid fan of all the University of Michigan teams, especially tennis. But any team, any sport if a family member or friend was on the team. She was the #1 Aunt and #1 Fan to all the nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home, 700 4th St, Eldorado, IL at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2022 followed by interment at Wolf Creek Cemetery.
