Hockey Player. He began his official junior career with the Krylja Sovetov Moscow of the CIS league from 1993 to 1997. He played with Team Russia Juniors in 1995 for the IIHF European Junior Championships and in 1996 for the IIHF World Junior Championship. In 1996-1997 he played for the Regina Pats of the Western Hockey League and was selected to play on the East Second All-Star Team. From 1996-1998 he played for the Indianapolis Ice of the International Hockey League splitting time in the NHL. He was drafted in the 1st round, 19th overall of the 1995 NHL draft. He played in the National Hockey League in the 1997-1998 season with the Chicago Blackhawks and from 1998 to 2000 with the New York Islanders. His NHL totals were 55 games, 11 goals and 13 assists. From 1998 to 000 he played with the Lowell Lock Monsters of the American Hockey League. He then went back to his home country Russia, to play in the Russian Superleague from 2000-2001 with the Lada Togliatti, from 2001 to 2003 with the Metallurg Novokuznetsk and the Sibir Novosibirsk, from 2003-2004 with the Neftekhimik Nizhnekams, from 2004-2005 with the Molot-Prikamje Perm, from 2005-2006 with the HK MVD Moscow Region and Dynamo Moscow, from 2006 to 2008 with the Sibir Novosibirsk and Traktor Chelyabinsk. He then went in 2008-2009 to Finland to play for the SaiPa Lappeenranta of SaiPa Lappeenranta in the Finnish Liiga. Lastly, he played in Austria from 2009 to 2011 with the EC Dornbirner Bulldogs in the Austrian National League.
