MARY C. LESPERANCE
(1907 - 2008)

Mary C. Lesperance, age 100, a resident of Morningside Health Care Center, Sheboygan, died on Thursday morning, Jan. 17, 2008, at the center.

Mary was born on March 20, 1907, in Lincoln, daughter of the late Zeno and Katherine (Dellis) Deprey. On May 7, 1938, she married Louis J. Lesperance in Michigan. He preceded her in death on Aug. 7, 1950. Mary was employed at Mirro Aluminum before her marriage and after at Mosuch Motel in Two Rivers. She was then employed as a day-care provider for many years. Mary was a previous member of St. Mark Catholic Church in Two Rivers, and a member of their ladies society. For the last seven years, Mary was a resident of Morningside Health Care Center in Sheboygan, and was a member of the Bells of Morningside Choir.

Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law: JoAnn and Donald Tullberg, Sheboygan; Darlene and Warren Waier, Sheboygan; and Ann and James Dier, Two Rivers; one son and daughter-in-law: David and Rosemary Lesperance, Algoma; 10 grandchildren: Robin Weigert; Lee (Lynnette) Tullberg, Penny (Glenn) Busch; David (Nikki) Tullberg; Dawn (Bill) Scott, Scott (Kelly) Waier; SuLynn Kostichka; Sheila Moore; Melissa (James) Rafferty; and Jamie (Amy) Dier; 19 great-grandchildren: Christopher, Cali, Nick, Jenna, Matthew, Danny, Jerod, Alex, Hailey, Samantha, Ashley, Brandon, Molly, Sheldon, Travis, Devon, Reese, Hannah and Noah; and five great-great-grandchildren: Parker, Clayton, Katrina, Matthew Jr. and Isandro. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends: Rick VanEycke and Mary Jane Beilke. Mary was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. William O'Brien, with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, Two Rivers, from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 10:30 a.m.

The Klein & Stangel Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Two Rivers, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
