An Air Force veteran, he was a former fourth degree member of Knights of Columbus Saint Michael Council 2861 in Lodi. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Dickman). Devoted father of Michael of Kaneohe Bay, HI, Andrew of Clifton, Robert of Lodi, and Jacqueline (Anthony) DeMaio of Lake Hiawatha, NJ. Dear son of Mary (nee DePasquale) Salerno of Lodi. Cherished brother of Philip and Katheryn Krause, both of Saddle Brook. Loving grandfather of five. Funeral on Monday, July 1, 1991 at 8:30 AM from the Alesso Funeral Home, 91 Union Street, Lodi, NJ, thence to a Mass at 9:30 AM in Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 40 Spring Street, Lodi, NJ. Entombment following at Saint Nicholas Cemetery. Visiting at the funeral home on Saturday, June 29, 1991 from 7-9 PM and Sunday, June 30, 1991 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
