Vona I. Alexander, 86, of 830 10th St., Silvis, died Friday at Hammond-Henry Hospital, Geneseo.
A prayer service is 2 p.m. Monday at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis, followed by graveside services at Rose Lawn Memorial Estate, Moline.
There is no visitation. A memorial fund is being established.
Vona Nicholson was born Oct. 3, 1901, in Seymour, Iowa, where she married Otto Vaughn Alexander April 1, 1923. He died in 1970.
Survivors include sons, Maurice, Geneseo, and Kermit, Silvis; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
