Retired Farmer Taken By Death
ONTARIO- July 9 - Albert Wilkins McLauchlin, 829 East Emporia avenue, a retired farmer, died last evening at San Antonio hosptial, to which he was taken some three weeks ago, after suffering astroke. He was 71.
A native of Mississippi Mr. McLauchlin came to Ontario from Yuma, Ariz., about eight months ago. He is survived by his widow, two daughters, Mrs. H.A. Gayle and Mrs. M.R. McKain, Yuma Ariz.; three sons, Gordon, Long Beach; Floyd, Wilmar, and William, Yuma; 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow, 2:20 p.m. at the J.B. Draper Co. chapel, 127 West C street. The Rev. J.H. Brittain will officate and interment will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
