Mrs. Verdia V. Georgi, 87, of Mildred Avenue, Temperance, Mich., formerly of Oakwood Street, died yesterday in the home of her granddaughter, Karen Kasper, Strasburg Road, Erie, Mich. She worked as a seamstress for years in Toledo Hospital, retiring in 1965. Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Norma Wines, 9 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Services will be at noon Tuesday in Bedford Chapel, where the body will be after 2 p.m. tomorrow. The family requests any contributions be to the American Cancer Society.
