Jefferson City Daily Capital News (MO) - Page 18 - October 31, 1965:

Mrs. Georgia Mae Forgey, 79, of 13 Hobbs Terrace, died Friday evening at St. Mary's Hospital. Mrs. Forgey was born in Pike County, May 17, 1886, the daughter of Frank and Irene Whitlock Parker. she was married to Ralph B. Forgey, who survives.

Other survivors include: Three daughters, Mrs. Calvin Kaufmannm, Mrs. Roert Maddox and Mrs. Eugene Perkins, all of Jefferson City. Two sons, Ralph B. Forgey Jr. and Frank Forgey, both of Jefferson City; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. One sister, Mrs. Clyde LeRue, Clarksville; and one brother, Thomas Parker, Louisiana.

Mrs. Forgey was a member of the Paynesville Christian Church, Paynesville.

Funeral services will be conducted at a local funeral chapel at 10 a.m., Monday, with the Rev.Hartford C. Inlow officiating. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, at the Clarksville Cemetery, Clarksville.
