He was born in Biddeford Jan. 28, 1933, the son of John and Catherine (Grace) MacDonald.
Albert attended local schools and graduated from Hollis High School.
He served in the U.S. Army First Airborne Division during the Korean Conflict.
After his service to his county, he returend home and worked for over 35 years for S.D. Warren in Westbrook in the pulp yard.
Albert had a camp at first wife, Paula and his second wife, Glenda.
Survivors include two sons, Scott MacDonald of Austin, Texas and Armand MacDonald of Gorham, two daughters, Anita and Michelle MacDonald both of Buxton and a stepdaughter, Marie Manderino of Scarborough, four grandchildren Renea, Shawna, Chrystal and Jacob and four great grandchildren JJ, Owen, Declan, James and one on the way.
Private family arrangements are going to be held at the convenience of the family.
