Funeral services were held Sunday, February 24 at 2 p.m. from the Buffington Funeral Chapel for Reginald Grayson Lowry who died in the Cartwheel Nursing Home at 3:30 a.m. Saturday.
The Rev. George Schultz, pastor of the First Baptist church of Seguin, officiated at the services with. Urial following in the Wrightsboro cemetery. Mr Lowry was born in Gonzales county on November 14, 1908, the son of Alfred A. and Ollie Cantley Lowry, natives respectively of the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma. He was a lifelong member of the Baptist church, and he and his wife, Nellie, were married on October 5, 1933 and made their home in the Wrightsboro Community where he was a farmer.
