Mr. Torrison was born Dec. 9, 1933, at Valders, son of Sylvan and Monica Ryan Torrison. He was a graduate of Valders High School with the class of 1951. He attended the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in Korea. He married Georgene Adelmann Sept. 21, 1955.
He then married Marilyn Greve June 27, 1975, at Kiel. Mr. Torrison was the owner of Westside Lounge, Kiel. He was a member of St. Peter United Church of Christ, Kiel Lions Club and Kiel Fish and Game Inc.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn; three sons, Daniel of Oshkosh, and Dean and Russell at home; two daughters, Mrs. Darrell (Anna) Behnke of Valders, and Nancy at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sylvan Torrison; two sisters, Mrs. Joan Grimm of Reedsville, and Mrs. Jean Rathke of West Allis, and three grandchildren. Friends may call at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, after 4 o'clock this Monday afternoon and at the church Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the time of services.
