Adam Lee Larimore, 75, of Coal Valley, died January 25, 2008 at home. Per his wishes cremation rites will be accorded. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd. is assisting the family. Adam was born December 7, 1932 in Macon Co., IL to Robert and Ella (Miller) Larimore. He married Dorothy Farris on December 3, 1955 in Windsor, IL. He was an U.S. veteran serving in the Air Force. He was a lifetime member of the VFW #1237. He also enjoyed just "tinkering" around his house. Adam was an assistant director of engineering for 20 years at Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley retiring in 1996. He is survived by Wife Dorothy Children Linda Wernigk Moline Dwayne (Jennifer) Larimore San Antonio, TX Lee (Rebecca) Larimore Carbon Cliff 7 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren Sister Amanda Mae Davis Decatur, IL His special dog Lady He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson Anthony, two sisters, a brother and his dog Dinky.
