Joyce was a bank teller for 35 years at Kentucky Banking Center and was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her children, Michael Brown (Karen) of Summerville, South Carolina, Patricia Bush (Doug) of Glasgow, Leslie Witt (Jim) of Hudson, Ohio; six grandchildren, Brian Brown (Erica), Deana Blanding (McFaddin), Kara Brown, Kellie Pinkel (Chris), Becky Witt, Cody Brown (Bobby); ten great grandchildren; brother, James W. Bailey (Karen); sister, Mary Nell Lewis; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Kenneth Allen Brown one granddaughter, Ginger Lyn Beckers; brother-in-law, Joe Brown; sister and brother-in-law, Katherine and Quentin Billingsley; brother and sister-in-law, James and Maxie Brown; and brother-in-law, Preston Lewis.
The funeral service for Mrs. Brown will be held 2:00 PM Friday, August 5th at the First United Methodist Church with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home and on Friday morning from 11:00 AM until time for the service at the church.
