Born July 5th 1935, The youngest of 12 and baby boy to his "BIG MOM." Frankie Brock, Frankie Clyde, Clyde, Pa-Pa, or Pops as many referred to him held a special and unique place in the lives of everyone he came into contact with.

On August 10TH, surrounded by family, Jesus called to Frankie and said "Well done Good and Faithful servant, your work here is done" and took Frankie to be with his mother and his siblings, all of which proceeded him in death.

To all who knew Frankie work is what drove him… whether it be standing on a soap box at 12 years old, washing dishes to help support his widowed mother, working his job at Acme oil for 53 years, opening doors at the Stretford for 5 years, or up until his last days working real estate with his daughters and grandson, Frankie knew and imbodied the sentiment of being a hard worker and more importantly LOVED to work and stay busy.

Frankie loved and loved BIG. Not in the traditional way with a lot of words and affirmation, but in an undeniable way of Providing, Protecting, and Shouldering the burdens of those around him, and allowing them to continue on without worry. He provided for his wife, Geneva of 63 years, above and beyond. He protected his children and gave them everything one could want and need in life. The love he showed to his wife Geneva, children, Sherri Davis, Michael Brock, Vickie Morris, Steve Black, his grandchildren, Jake Smith, Chase Brock, Tanner and Tara Fleet, Morgan, Colton and Haley Posey, and Daniel Black… and many, many, many great-grandchildren will be felt and known for generations to come.

Frankie took joy in being involved in his kids and grandkids lives.. Whether it was on the back of a roping chute pushing steers for his son Michael and grandson Tanner, working on cars with his grandson Chase Brock, fishing with his grandsons Colton and Jake, watching church softball games, or working real estate with his daughters, Frankie just wanted to be around and in the middle of it all.

Frankie took great pride in being a committed member of New Life Worship Center in Tyler, Tx and with a renewing of his faith in his later years the family takes great Joy in knowing that God welcomed him with open arms into the kingdom and will once again be reunited with his family. Our "Pa" was so many things, unfathomable to even try to put into words.. but to all who knew him best, he was simply the True Measure of a Man.
