She was a determined, fun, loving and creative woman who never gave up and would fight for what was right. She always made sure her grandchildren were happy and had fun when they would visit her house, she was always looking for different arts and crafts she could try.
Frankie loved to garden and had a beautiful garden both in Kingsville and Laredo. Her favorite things include her dog, Mia, hummingbirds and flowers that would attract hummingbirds.
She is preceded in death by her parents Wash and Neila Thomas.
Frankie is survived by her brother, Ronald Spencer Thomas; son, Tom (Lupita) Payton; 4 grandchildren, Nathan Thomas Payton, Alexa Jo Payton, Brielle Neila Payton, Christian James Payton.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 2:30 pm at Chamberlain Cemetery,
