1850's, An epidemic of yellow fever was in Georgia during those years. Research on epidemic reveals many people were cremated to prevent spread of disease. Wife Mahala was also cremated in same year. Consequently, mass cremations may have been done and no record of deaths. In addition, the will of Asa Alsabrook confirms information.
