MERRILL, PHYLLIS L.— Aged 78, of Albion, formerly of Jackson, passed away at the Cedar Knoll Care Center September 28, 2006. She is survived by her two children, John Merrill and Dayle Merrill, both of Jackson and her sister, Jeane Doll of Ann Arbor. She was preceded in death by her brother, Roy Sprague. She was a longtime employee of Clark Equipment Company and Ginsberg's Surplus City. She loved nature and all the great outdoors. Services will be held at the Roseland Memorial Gardens Chapel Monday 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend Larry Rubingh of the Grass Lake United Methodist Church officiating.
