He lived most of his adult years in Atlanta, but for the past year and half, he lived in Fernandina Beach, FL where he was a retail sales consultant for Arrow Truck Sales, Inc. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gladys Mileham de Feria and Emigdio de Feria, and Elsa Mary Roman and Eduardo Alsina. Surviving are his parents, William de Feria and Elsa Alsina; brothers, Alejandro de Feria, Francis Coligado, Matthew Franklin, and Blitz Tabanera; sister-in-law, Ashley Turner de Feria; niece, Flora Sofia de Feria; and great-aunt Julia Roman.
