Adam Christopher Messmer, 18, of Alexandria, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2003 at St. Luke Hospital East in Ft. Thomas.

He was born on May 16, 1984 in Kenton County, son of Chris and Joan Moore Messmer.

He was a 2002 graduate of Campbell County High School and had attended Northern Kentucky University. He was employed by Truckway Leasing Company, Claryville and was a member of Plum Creek Christian Church, Campbell County.

In addition to his parents, Chris and Joan Moore Messmer, he leaves one sister, Kristen Messmer of Alexandria; his maternal grandparents, Bill and Bonnie Moore of Falmouth; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 9 at Plum Creek Christian Church in Alexandria with Bro. Larry Travis, Bro. Joe Green and Bro. Michael Damron officiating. Interment took place in Morgan Cemetery, Pendleton County, under the direction of Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth.

Serving as pallbearers were Dean Moore, Rodney Moore, Charles Messmer, Tony Messmer, Tim Messmer, John Messmer and Larry Messmer. Music was shared by Lennie and Amy Brown and Vic Vogt.
