Joyce worked for the county as a business assessor. She loved sewing and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by parents, Eva and Dophie Thresher; siblings, Pauline Thresher, John Thresher, Katherine Thresher, Charles Thresher, James Thresher, Mary Thresher, Janette Thresher, Jim Ray Thresher, Bonnie Faye Thresher and Paul Thresher.
Survivors: daughter, Ann Moore; grandson, Dan Moore; and Lesleigh Rodgers (Matt).
