Dorothy Joan Pepas, "Dotty", passed away peacefully on August 24, 2022 in Conroe, Texas. Dotty was born in Bronx, New York on April 10, 1934, the only daughter of John and Gertrude Parks. Dotty was the baby of the family and received special attention and "protection" from her five older brothers, Jimmy, Billy, Bobby, Johnny and Richie.
Dotty was the ultimate hostess, whether single handedly creating gatherings for Jack's business associates, or hosting the Parks brothers and families for one of their epic get togethers. Her favorite gathering was hosting Christmas, creating magical memories for the whole family, and somehow managing to outdo herself year after year.

A champion of family, friends and fashion, Dotty always dressed to the nines and was admired for her style. Above all, Dotty was about family. She was the matriarch of the family and went to great lengths to keep everyone up to date on the latest goings on with every member of the family. As much as Dotty loved her family, her family loved and cherished her. Her's was truly a life of love for family.

Dotty was preceded in death by her loving husband Jack, her parents John and Gertrude, as well as her five brothers,

Dotty grew up in a family of entertainers, as her father, John, was a Vaudeville performer and pugilist. Several of her brothers were actors and musicians and Dotty was the dancer. She grew up loving to dance, tap dance, and roller skate dance.
