Beverly J. Augustinsky, 88, of Stroudsburg, passed away Sunday, March 13 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono.
She was the loving wife of the late Ronald J. Augustinsky. Born in East Stroudsburg, she was the daughter of the late Jesse W. DeVore and the late Marie (Christman) Angelmyer.
Beverly was a spooling machine operator at Holland's Thread Mill in East Stroudsburg. Afterwards, she worked as a cashier at Bartonsville Truck Stop for several years. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and roller skating when she was younger. She was also an avid bowler and was able to enjoy bowling into her 80s. Most of all, she was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all her friends and family.
She is survived by a son, Robert Ace and his wife Rhonda of Brodheadsville; a sister, Dawn Angelmyer of Stroudsburg; a grandson, Jesse Ace and his girlfriend Kendra of Pen Argyl; a granddaughter, Pamela Tolbert and her husband John of FL; two nieces, Vicki and Kellie; and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Bobbi Greydanus, and a sister, Ginger Williams.
