Funeral services were held in the Parma United church Tuesday afternoon for Howard Pulling, well known Parma resident, who died Saturday in his home in the village.
The services were conducted by Rev. Robert J. Dobbs, pastor of the church and Masonic burial services in Chapel cemetery, east of Parma, were in charge of Walter Day, worshipful master of Parma Lodge No. 183; F. and A. M. , of wor. Mr. Pulling was a member. He also was a member of Albion Chapter No. 32, R.A.M.
For sometime Mr. Pulling had been an employee of the maintenance department of Albion college and 18 of his fellow employees were amoung those at the services. One of them, Charles S. Anderson, together with Robert G. Kelsey, business secretary of the college were among the bearers. Also at the services from Albion were James Harrod, worshipful master of Murat Lodge No. 14 F. and A.M. and R. J. Hindes.

Beverly Maye Smith of 1108 East Porter St., daughter of Mrs. and Mr. W. H. Netter, spoke her marriage vows to Howard J. Pulling of Parma, Saturday morning at ten o'clock at her home. Mr. Pulling is the son of Mrs. Maude Pulling of Parma.
Rev. Willis J. Dunn, pastor of Methodist church at Parma, officiated at the ceremony.
The bride given in marriage by her father W. H. Netter, wore a blue taffeta silk floor length gown. Her flowers were red roses and yellow baby mums.
The bridesmaid, Mrs. Kenneth Pulling of Jackson, wore a frock of brown and her flowers were sweetheart roses and baby mums.
The best man was Wayne Clone of Parma.
Following the ceremony a buffet luncheon was served, the table being centered with a wedding cake decorated with roses and topped with a miniature bride and groom.
The bride and groom left for the bride's former home in Sioux Falls S. D. , on a wedding trip. She wore a brown dress with a grey fur jacket.
Out of town guests were the bride's grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Geo Dotson, the groom's mother Mrs. Maude Pullin, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Pulling and Mr. Crampton, all of Parma. The couple will reside at 1108 East Porter street, for the present.
