On July 12th, 2022, Florabelle Levi Cobaugh stepped into the arms of her beloved Jesus. Florabelle was born June 5th, 1934 in Johnstown, PA, the 9th child of Daniel Webster and Rachel (Rosner) Cobaugh. After graduating from Conemaugh Valley High School, Florabelle attended Nyack Missionary College in Nyack, New York. She earned a degree in Elementary Education and later obtained her Master's Degree. She taught kindergarten and first grade in the Stony Point, NY, School District for 35 years. A Memorial Service will be held at Living Christ Church in Nyack, NY on October 1st, 2022 at 11:00 am. An Interment Service will be held at Headrick Union Cemetery in Johnstown, PA, October 8th at 11:00 am.
