OWEN—Mrs. Elizabeth M. Owen, for thirty-five years a village resident before moving to Miami, Fla., three years ago, died on Monday morning, July 27, at Miami. Born in Chicago 63 years ago, she was the wife of Mark L. Owen, who survives her with two daughters, Mrs. Howard W. Pickett of 1000 South Austin boulevard, and Mrs. Robert H. Cribben of Coral Gables. There are three sisters, Mrs. Ella McCauley of Marble Hill, Mo., and Mrs. Charles Bradley and Mrs. Chester Waldorf of Miami. Services took place at the Drechsler chapel on Saturday afternoon with Rev. James B. McKendry officiating and interment was at Rosehill.
