Survivors include her loving husband Bob; son Daniel (Barbara) Pfister of Sheboygan Falls; daughter Sandra Pfister of Woodbury, MN; two grandsons Gregory (Jamie) Pfister of Rochester, MN and Shawn (Merritt) Pfister of Manitowoc; great-grandson Cameron; two sisters Mabel (Carl) Horneck of the Town of Mosel and Mildred Mullen of Sheboygan. Melba is further survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Melba was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Susan and a brother Sheldon Kolb.
Family and friends may call at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, 1439 S. 12th Street, Sheboygan on Friday, September 26, 2014 from 10-12 noon. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 12 noon Friday at the church with Fr. Paul Fliss officiating. Entombment will take place in the Gardens of Peace Mausoleum in the Town of Sheboygan.
