Henry Hatevil Fall was a private for the New York State Militia during the War of 1812 in Sackets Harbor NY. He served in Capt. Benjamin Rudd's company of Col. Christopher P. Bellinger's regiment from 13 May 1812 to 24 Aug 1812. Col. Bellinger's regiment was partially credited for the successful outcome of the First Battle of Sackets Harbor that was fought on 19 Jul 1812, and it is assumed that Pvt. Fall participated.

The town clerk of Brownville NY (officed in Dexter, NY) found in Bartlett Cemetery Inscriptions the burial of Henry Fall Jr. in Limerick Cemetery and he is listed as veteran of the War of 1812, w/o a tombstone. Father believed interred there as well.
