Leland Ronald Carr, 80 of Robinson, Texas and formerly of Palestine, Texas passed away on September 18, 2022 in Waco. He was born December 11, 1941 in Palestine, Texas to Robert Leland and Madeline Miller Carr.
Mr. Carr worked for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He served in the United States Air Force.
Mr. Carr was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Madeline Carr, his son Danny Carr, sisters, Lisa Yorgensen, Sharon Carr and Debbie Shepherd, a brother Larry Carr. He is survived by his wife, Kenna of Robinson, Texas, his children David Carr and wife Chrystal of Elkhart, Megan Glenister and Josh Guerrra, his sisters, Cindy Pendland and Tammie Defore of Elkhart, Karen McCoy and husband Jim of Houston, grandchildren, Tyler, Brennan, Zackary and Sean Carr, and Brice and Ashlyn Flynn, as well as many nieces, nephews, and additional extended family members.
Services for Ronnie Carr will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Bailey & Foster Chapel with Rev. J. Darryl Conner officiating. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.
