WERTZ - Alice, 93, Johnstown, died May 6, 2016, at LaurelWood Care Center. Born March 8, 1923, to the late George and Minnie (Kidd) Maurer. Preceded in death by daughter, Linda; brothers, Lawrence, Willard, James and Herbert; and grandson, Patrick. Survived by loving daughter, Elizabeth Williams, and husband, Donald; granddaughter, Amy, Seattle Wash.; grandson, Bobby; and numerous nieces and nephews. Alice enjoyed being a homemaker and gardening. At Alice's request, there will be no viewing or service. Special thanks to the staff at Country Manor Living and LaurelWood for all the wonderful care and attention they gave to Alice.
