Judy R. Campbell age 69 a Manitowoc resident died unexpectedly Monday morning, August 26, 2013 at her residence.
Judy was born on December 8, 1943 in Manitowoc daughter of the late Jacob and Beatrice (Hanson) McClellan. She attended Two Rivers Washing High School. On April 26, 1980 Judy was married to Jim "Rif Raf" Campbell at Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on May 20, 2010. Judy worked in the produce department at the Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store in Manitowoc for the past 18 years. Judy also worked in the past as a bartender at Westfield Bar and Van's Bar. She enjoyed going on bus trips to the casinos.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law: Jamie (Troy) Peterson, Manitowoc; one step-daughter and son-in-law: Julie (Brian) Adams, Warrensburg, MO; seven grandchildren: Sean; Chris; Damien; Payton; Nicholas; Tamara and Douglas; two great-grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law: Patricia (Adolph) Ziarnik, Green Bay; one brother: Richard McClellan, Milwaukee; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law include: Sonia McClellan, Green Bay; Gordon (Helen) Campbell, Milwaukee; Candice (Robert) Hertzler, Morgantown, PA; Joan Gundick, Manitowoc; Lynn (James) Gariepy, Munising, MI; Ronald Latvala, Munising, MI; Theresa Campbell, Iron Mountain, MI, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends survive. She was preceded in death by her parents: Jacob (Beatrice) McClellan; her husband: Jim "Rif Raf" Campbell; one brother: Robert McClellan; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Gordon (Audrey) Campbell; one sister-in-law: Judy Latvala; four brothers-in-law: David Campbell; Tim Campbell; Donald Campbell; Mark Campbell.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 30, 2013 at the Knollwood Mausoleum Chapel, 1500 Hwy 310, Manitowoc. Deacon Alan Boeldt will officiate with entombment of her cremated remains in the mausoleum. Relatives and friends may call at the mausoleum chapel on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00 a.m. The Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory of Manitowoc is assisting the family.
