Mary Elizabeth Ruble was born in West Virginia in 1867. She was married in the east to A. S. Province nearly 50 years ago and to this union seven children were born, two of whom preceded her in death. The family has lived in the vicinity of Chelan 35 to 40 years.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Province is survived by: three sons, James, Earl and Raymond Province of Chelan; two daughters, Mrs. Mabel Pickett and Mrs. Garnett Henderson of Chelan; three grandchildren and two brothers in West Virginia.
