On May 2, 2016, Mrs. Frances Noto Flinn, age 90, of Stafford, TX, finished her earthly sojourn and entered the Kingdom of her Heavenly Father.

Frances was a loving and devoted mother to her four remaining adult children; William Russell Flinn, Sharon Ann Stansberry, Jeffrey Lynn Flinn and Randall Boyd Flinn.

She had two other children who passed in premature childbirth; twins Marilyn Gail and Howard Randall, whom she will now hold again.

Frances was also a loving grandmother to Michelle Lee (Stansberry) Dahlstrand and husband, Jim and a great grandmother to, Cody Everett Sparks, Trey James Dahlstrand and Riley Grace Dahlstrand.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Tony and Lena Noto of Stafford, TX and has one living brother, A.J. Noto.

For over a decade, Frances worked as a secretary for Missouri City, TX – City Hall. She also graduated from Missouri City High School.

Her cousin Leonard Scarcella, Mayor of Stafford, Texas had her birthday, August 3rd, 1925, remembered and celebrated by proclaiming that day as Frances Noto Flinn day in Stafford, TX.
