I am reconstructing Block 8. I don't know why there hasn't been any attempt to do this before, it is doable. I guess because there are no markers except for 2 or 3, nobody could figure out the layout of the rows. I don't think that is as important as getting the names on here. Having helped friends w/African American genealogy, I know how very difficult it is to find a paper trail.
