Muriel Irick, age 69, of 2808 45th St., Two Rivers, died Tuesday afternoon, June 21, 2011 at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers.
Muriel was born March 30, 1942, in West Bend, a daughter of the late Ray and Evelyn (Wolf) Ensenbach. She graduated in l972 from MATC School of Nursing. She was employed as a registered nurse at Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls for many years, retiring in 1995. On May 27, 1995, she married Bobby Irick at Zion Lutheran Church, Menomonee Falls. Muriel enjoyed crossword puzzles, was an active member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and secretary of the Manitowoc Vision Club.
Survivors include her husband: Bobby Irick, Two Rivers; children: Timothy (Karen) Rosio, Gary (Jorji) Rosio and Wendy (Rick) Utley; six grandchildren; two brothers, and three sisters. She was preceded in death by a son: Todd Rosio.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2011, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 3234 Mishicot Rd., Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. William Kilps with entombment in Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, Hwy 310, Manitowoc.
The family will greet relatives and friends at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18th St., Two Rivers, on Friday evening June 24, 2011, from 6 until 8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Saturday morning at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 10:30 a.m. Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church or The Scleroderma Foundation at 300 Rosewood Drive, Suite 105, Danvers, MA 01923 or www.scleroderma.org.
