Funeral services for Mrs. Isabel Maude Rogers Turpin will be held Thursday at 4 p. m. In Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street Chapel, conducted Rev. James G. Jennings. Interment will be in Crescent Hill Memorial Park.

Active pallbearers will be Gilbert Jacobs, Elton Jacobs, Frank Jacobs, Charlie Jacobs, Donnie Jacobs and Johnny Welchel.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. E. A. Bradley, D. B. Hallman, Thomas J. Schneider, Clyde W. Kitrell, J. H. Jordan, Frank J. Pannarello, A. L. Porth, H. L. Hughs, Willie J. Tidwell, Collie Peake Jr., Charlie Peake, R. B. Moss and W. C. Peake.

Mrs. Turpin, 76, of North 21 Highway, Columbia, died Tuesday night in Columbia Hospital.

She was the wife of Fred Alexander Turpin, and was born in North Reading, Mass., a daughter of the late Arthur and Sara Homan Rogers. She had lived in Columbia for the past 12 years and was a member of the North Reading Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. R. J. (Florence) St. Onge of Rowley, Mass.; a son John G. Turpin of Columbia; a sister, Mrs. Cora Gilbo of Somerville, Mass., and three grandchildren, Lana Turpin and Freddie Turpin of Columbia, and Mrs. Robert Gillis of Beverly, Mass.
