Annie Bachmeier, 83, Devils Lake, died Saturday, Oct. 2, 1999, in the Good Samaritan Center, Devils Lake.
Annie Kraft was born June 25, 1916, the daughter of Frank and Eva (Roerick) Kraft, in St. Michael, N.D., where she attended school. She married Milton Bachmeier on Oct. 12, 1932, in St. Michael. They lived in Orrin, N.D. until 1942, when they moved to Sykeston. They lived and farmed in Sykeston until 1947. They moved to New Rockford, N.D., and in 1952, they moved to the Devils Lake and St. Michael area. In July 1995, she moved into Devils Lake.
She was preceded in death by her husband; sons, Edward and John; a daughter-in-law, Klara; a granddaughter; a great-grandchild; all of her brothers; and two sisters.
Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Devils Lake.
Visitation: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today, with a 7 p.m. prayer service, and 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, all in Gilbertson Funeral Home.
Burial: St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery.
