Frank was the son of Mamie Waterman and Alfredo Solono Wells. They divorced shortly after his birth. Frank was proceeded in death by his mother in 1991, and Alfredo in 2018. Frank is survived by two daughters, two granddaughters, one grandson, three brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
Frank was my father's older half-brother. Our family did not connect with him until 2019. Aside from the survivors I mentioned above Frank is survived by one younger brother, two younger sisters, two nieces and a nephew.
