Hugh Gibbs, 92, formerly of Eaton, died Wednesday, at Cedar Springs Nursing Home, New Paris.

Survivors include his widow, Matilda; three sons, Henry, Eaton, Samuel, Dayton, and Edwin, Lawrence, Kans.; two daughters, Mrs. Ora Fox, Dayton, and Mrs. Helen Householder, Miamisburg; 15 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Belve, Erlanger, Ky. and Daniel, Lookout Mountain, Tenn., and two sisters, Mrs. Lottie Boltin, Corbin Ky., and Mrs. Flora Higginbotham, Corbin, Ky.

Services for Mr. Gibbs were Saturday at the Girton-Schmidt Memorial Home, Eaton. The Rev. William M. Ray officiated. Burial was in the Mound Hill Union Cemetery, Eaton.
