Nancy Sue Hughbanks Ball, 67, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Nancy was born on March 11, 1955, in Brazil, IN, to the late, Ernest and Ertis Sinders Hughbanks. She was a dispatcher with the Arkansas State Patrol and also assisted her husband, Tim, with his business, Tri-State Watch Repair. Nancy loved to paint, do woodworking, make floral arrangements and was an avid collector of antiques and glassware. She loved all her family and was affectionally known as MaMaw to her grandchildren. Nancy was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church with Bro. Harold Roddy and Pastor Chuck Kohley officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband of 27 years, William Timothy Ball of Dyersburg, TN; her daughter, Nancy Sue Clark of Dyersburg, TN; granddaughter, Brittany Michelle Leonard; great-grandson, Noah John Lopes; a daughter, Amanda Clark of St. Louis, MO; son, William Andrew Ball (Halee) of Madisonville, KY; daughter, Sarah McVey (Jason) of McMinnville, TN; daughter, Jennifer Ball of Japan; eight grandchildren; sister, Mary Trimmer (Lee) of Dyer, AR; sister, Ruby Hughbanks of VanBuren, AR; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Hughbanks; and a sister, Ruth Marie Hughbanks.
Pallbearers will be David Gerlicki, Chad Johnson, Zach Camp, Reggie Coffin, Gavin Ball and William Skyler Ball.
