Aaron Mingyuan Chiang, age 53, of Springdale, Arkansas, died on October 24, 2022, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born on October 17, 1969, in Taipei, Taiwan, to Daniel and Feng Chiang. Aaron graduated from Fayetteville High School and worked as a cook at Mong Dynasty in Fayetteville for many years.
He is survived by his son, Erick Chiang of Springdale; parents, Daniel and Feng Chiang of Springdale; brother, Joseph Chiang and wife Tamatha of Lowell, Arkansas; sister, Janet Chiang of Springdale; three nieces and three nephews.
