He was born November 8, 1905 in Streator, a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Antolik, and was employed in the shipping department at the Owens-Illinois plant in Streator.
Surviving Mr. Antolik are his wife, the former Mary Sudoma; three daughters and four sons: Anita (Donald) Fechter of Streator; Dianne and Mary Beth Antolik, both at home; John Antolik Jr., Lawrence Antolik, and David Antolik, all at home; and Pvt. Russell Antolik of Fort Knox, Kentucky. There are eight grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister: Anna (Leo) Orban of Streator; and two brothers: Peter Antolik of East Moline and Joseph Antolik of Chicago.
