Suzanne Elizalde, of Frederick, died in her home Sunday evening, March 2, 2014 in the company of family. She was born Susana Clarita Magalona August 17, 1921 in Parroquia de Saravia, Provincia de Negros Occidental, Philippines to Enrique Magalona and Consuelo Gayoso. Suzanne was wife of Philippine ambassador Hon. Joaquin Miguel Elizalde. She is preceded in death by her husband, siblings, Teresita, Pancho and Betty and son, Juan Miguel Elizalde. She is survived by daughter, Tracey and husband Bill; daughter-in-law, Susan; five grandchildren, Mikel, Celia, Chase, Dane, Brit Suzanne and husband Steven; as well as her brother, Nonoy Magalona and many nieces and nephews residing in the Philippines.
