Boris N. Bulatkin, 71, a retired Internal Revenue Service auditor, passed away on April 15, 2009. Survivors include: his wife of 50 years, Elaine Bulatkin; children, Steve (Mary Ann) Bulatkin, Nancy (Michael) Berube; grandchildren, Amy (Jacob) Buster, Kelly, Marshall and Kasey Berube, Megan (C.J.) Foltz, Kylee Flaherty; sister, Neena (Kirk) Collins. Boris was actively involved with numerous Masonic organizations and held many leadership positions with the Boy Scouts. He was also a member of The Sons of the Desert Laughing Gravy Tent Oasis #229 of Wichita (the International Laurel and Hardy Fan Club) Kansas. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Knights Templar Eye Foundation c/o Wichita York Rite, 841 N. Market, Wichita, Kansas 67214. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2009 at the Old Mission Mortuary, Wichita, Kansas followed by burial in the Old Mission Cemetery.
