Frederick D. Hickethier, age 79, of Edgerton, died Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, at the Agrace Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, Janesville. He was born in Edgerton on Jan. 13, 1943, the son of Frederick and Esther (Kruckenberg) Hickethier and was a 1962 graduate of Edgerton High School. Fred proudly served in the US Navy from 1962-1967 aboard the USS Monrovia. Fred worked as the Maintenance Supervisor at the Edgerton Hospital and retired after 37 years of service. A memorial celebration will be scheduled for a later date. Burial will be in Fassett Cemetery.
