Evelyn Ruth Jones Franklin, age 78, of Ethridge, passed away Saturday. She was retired from Western Electric Company and a member of the Ethridge United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Henry Franklin, two sisters, Betty Kobeck and Reita Burress both of Ethridge, five brothers, Van Jones Jr. of Columbia, A.B. of Huntsville, Norman of Kentucky, Theo and Donnie Jones both of Lawrenceburg.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 at Ethridge United Methodist Church with Lewis Davis and Horace Bass officiating. Burial will be in the Old Ethridge Cemetery.
