Mart Edward Kobeck died yesterday in Columbia. He was a native of Lawrence County, a retired employee of Murray Ohio and 68 years old.
Visitation will be held from 5-9pm today at Neal Funeral Home.
Services will be held tomorrow at 1pm in the chapel of Neal Funeral Home with Louis Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Ethridge Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife Betty Jones Kobeck, son Marty Kobeck Jr. and daughter Kim Kobeck Thompson, all of Ethridge. He is survived by five sisters, Margie Littrell of Leoma, Marlene Davis of Ethridge, Almedia Murrell of Lawrenceburg, Betty Jo Daley of Pulaski and Patsy Taylor of Florida and a brother Lane A. Kobeck of Ethridge. Three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents Mart & Lonnie Quattlebaum Kobeck, two brothers, Charlie and Delbert Kobeck and two sisters, Frances Robinson and Helen Lance.
Neal Funeral Home of Lawrenceburg is in charge of arrangements for Mart Edward Kobeck.
He married Betty Floy Jones 10-1-1960 Lawrence Co., TN.
