Carolyn L. Duranko, 84, formerly of 1938 Collingswood Dr., Bethlehem died Saturday, November 5, 2022 in Envoy of Alexandria, Alexandria, VA. She was the widow of Timothy S. Duranko. Born in Johnstown, Carolyn was the daughter of the late Daniel and Mary (Pida) Blaschak.

After graduation from high school and before her marriage, she worked for the Friendly Savings and Loan, Johnstown. When her children were older, she worked part time as a sales clerk at the former Fashion Colony and Hess's both at the Westgate Mall, Bethlehem. She was a former member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Allentown where she participated in activities such as the choir, teaching Vacation Bible School and Bible study. She also attended Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, Bethlehem and the Episcopal Church of the Mediator, Allentown. For many years, Carolyn was a dedicated volunteer for the annual festival Musikfest, Bethlehem.

Survivors: Sons, Gary Duranko and his wife Gail of Adams, MA and Greg Duranko of San Bernardino, CA; brother, The Very Rev. Thomas Blaschak of PA; sister, Eleanor Herbert of OH; granddaughters, Jill and Megan.

Service: Funeral Service will be private. There are no calling hours. Arrangements by Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem.
