John Cosgrove Pippin, age 21, and Leah Evaline Hoppers, age 17, greeted their daughter, Margarett Estelle Pippin into the world July 7, 1987. The following year Nancy Adelle Pippin would join the family. Another sister, May, was born and died before 1900.

In 1900, the Pippin family were living in Lincoln, Dallas, Missouri. John and Leah had been married 15 years with 3 children born to the union with 2 living (Margarett age 11 and Nancy, age 10 were at home). John was a farmer.

Ending the year came Vella, Estella's daughter, who married Selby Russel Crawford December 21, 1941, in Springfield, Missouri.

Estella's father passed away in 1961.

Adella, Estella's daughter, divorced Emmett McKinley Raines January 27, 1965 in Giles County, Virginia.

Estella's first husband, David Martin passed away in 1966 and her last husband, Thomas Valentine Warren passed away in 1971.
