He was born on April 15, 1948, to Cyrille E. Valliere and Kathryn J. (Newvine) Valliere. Tom graduated from Merrill High School in 1966 and from Ferris State University not long after. He married the love of his life Connie L. Windover in July of 1969.
Tom worked for Spicer Engineering Group for 6+ years. Then he worked as the Manager of the Midland County Fair for the next 33 years. During this time, he was elected to the Michigan Association of Fairs and Exhibitions. He served 12 years and was the president in 1987. Tom was appointed to the Michigan State Fair Board by Governor Engler. He retired in 2013.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, golfing, hunting, and boating.
He is preceded in death by his father Cyrille, his wife Connie, his father-in-law Woodward Windover, his mother-in-law Lucille Windover (Steele), aunts and uncles.
Burial will be in Homer Township Cemetery.
